AWS Lightsail

Lightsail is the perfect platform for developers who want to build webapps. With Lightsail, you can create a private cloud instance on Amazon Web Services and deploy your applications without any fuss. You can also use Lightsail as a hosting environment for your web applications, making them faster and more reliable.

In this guide, I'll walk you through creating an API Token on your AWS Lightsail account.

Create Lightsail API Token​

Step 1: You can create API Key for Amazon Lightsail by visiting this URL:

https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?#/security_credentials

You will be taken to a screen where you can generate your API key. Click "Create New Access Key" button to get your Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.

Step 2: Click the Access keys (access key ID and secret access key) section and click on Create New Access Key button.

Integrate Lightsail Access Token with XVPS​

Step 1: Navigate to Profile

Step 2: Navigate to Integration Providers

Create token

Step 3: Select Digital Ocean

Create token

Step 4: Enter Title and Access Token and Click on the Check API button.

If your Access Key is valid, you will see a successful message on the screen.
